Veiled behind every person and organization are their ideals and their realities - too often, there are gaps between the two. With over twenty years of ministry experience, Dr. Adam Harbaugh is now leveraging his experience and gifts to help mission-driven organizations and individuals foster health by aligning their practices with their mission.
Throughout his pastoral career, Dr. Harbaugh has served in a variety of leadership roles, primarily in a large, non-denominational church that expanded to a multisite model. He has led multiple departments, staff teams, lay leaders, and budgets in key areas, including Student Ministries, Global Missions, Outreach, Adult Discipleship, Small Groups, Pastoral Care, Central Ministries, Executive Leadership, and board governance - always questioning, diagnosing, and creating new pathways towards clarity and improvement.
As a consultant and coach, Dr. Harbaugh provides strategic guidance that empowers leadership teams to cultivate environments where both people and purpose can thrive.
