With over twenty years of nonprofit leadership experience, Dr. Adam Harbaugh is leveraging his knowledge and skill to help mission-driven leaders align their practices with their purpose - personally and professionally.
Dr. Harbaugh brings a unique combination of strategic clarity and care of people in service to a common mission. He has served in a variety of leadership roles, primarily in a non-denominational church of 2,000+ that expanded to a multisite model - bringing missional clarity and alignment to cross-functional teams and budgets. Some areas of expertise are in executive leadership, board governance, talent development, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight. He loves diagnosing challenges, reimagining the status quo, and creating new pathways towards outcomes and excellence.
